We have created a way to show our guests that love their hair, that we love them!\u00a0 For every 3 new guests that you refer to your stylist, we want to give you a complimentary haircut.\u00a0 Be sure to ask your stylist or our desk staff for details.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Appointments<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/header>\n

We strongly recommend that you schedule in advance.\u00a0 We will call the day before your appointment to remind you.\u00a0 Please note that for any chemical reconstruction services and manicure\/pedicure combos, we will require a credit card on file and request a 24 hour cancellation notice to prevent credit card charges equal to the amount of the missed service.<\/p>\n

Cancellations and No Shows<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/header>\n

We require a 24 hour cancellation notice for all chemical reconstruction services, along with all nail services to prevent any charges to your credit card.<\/p>\n

A client may no show for a scheduled appointment 3 times. \u00a0After that, Timothy Jeffry will require a credit card on file, and will be charged 50% of service total when future services are scheduled.<\/p>\n

Gift Certificates<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/header>\n

Gift Certificates are available in any dollar amount or service package.\u00a0 You may purchase them in person or over the phone and we have several delivery options available along with mailing.<\/p>\n

Return Policy<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/header>\n

Returns are only accepted with a receipt of purchase and may only be credited for other products.\u00a0 We do not credit product returns for services.<\/p>\n

Challenged with a Service<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/header>\n

It is ALWAYS our goal for every guest to not only be happy but to love their service! If, for any reason, you have a challenge, we ask that you address it within a 72-hour window so we may complimentary correct it and give you that “wow” factor you were looking for. Please understand that after 72-hours, it will be considered a new service and will be priced accordingly.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

For the safety of your child and the enjoyment of our clients we ask that children are never left unsupervised, especially in the nail area.\u00a0 In addition we ask that your children be able to contribute to our stress free environment.\u00a0 We are happy to reschedule any appointment to accommodate you.\u00a0 Thank you for your cooperation.<\/p>\n

Weddings<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/header>\n

We would love to be a part of your big day but we only offer wedding services at our salon. We do not provide on-location hair services for weddings.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
